All parking is the same price whether purchased online or in person.
Some premium lots and garages may be more expensive, but they will still be the same price online and in person.
Pre-purchase parking is available starting two months prior to the event. Select event parking will be made available earlier as needed.
Pre-purchase parking is available until 1:00 p.m. on event day. In some cases, it may remain available until the start of the event, depending on other activity around the complex. If parking is not available to pre-purchase online, there will still be on-site parking available at your event.
Onsite parking will be available even if pre-purchase passes are sold out. There are more than 14,500 parking spaces available within a 5-10 minute walk from each venue!
Additionally, surrounding garages, primarily south of the campus, and hundreds of on-street parking spaces are also available. Not all lots will be open for each event, so guests should review the event description and Know Before You Go email for details.
We no longer pre-sell parking on Ticketmaster. The LazGo parking widget is the only place to pre-purchase authorized event parking.

No. The BJCC is a cashless operation, including all concessions, merchandise and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail or concession location within venues.
The BJCC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap to Pay.
At select events, we offer the opportunity to purchase pre-loaded debit cards with cash. Contact Guest Services for more information.
ADA parking spaces are available in all parking lots and garages throughout the BJCC complex. ADA parking is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles must display either a temporary hang tag or a permanent state-issued license plate with accessible parking notations.
Pre-Purchase ADA Parking
A limited number of pre-purchase ADA parking passes are available in lots P2 and P3 for events in Legacy Arena, the BJCC Concert Hall and the BJCC Theatre. On days without Legacy Arena events, guests may also pre-purchase ADA parking passes in lot P10 for Concert Hall and Theatre events. Please use the parking widget above to secure ADA parking for your event.
